Note: Our office handles queries related to internal evaluation only. We do not provide information on visas, study confirmations, study registration, accommodation, or tuition fees.

You may be eligible if your foreign education is recognized as equivalent to that in the Czech Republic. Often, if you are qualified to pursue further education in the country where you studied, you are likely eligible here too. Requirements such as specific exams or subjects needed in your home country (e.g., Mathematics in final exams, passing ZNO/NMT in the Ukraine,…) will similarly apply during our internal evaluation.

You can apply only after you are accepted to any study program at the Faculty of Economics and Management.

Most likely you will be informed by us via email and will be sent more relevant information.

Only after that you can submit your supporting documents for the internal evaluation.

You do not have to submit your documents via UIS for the internal evaluation. You will receive information from us, and you will only communicate with us.

You can pay once you are admitted, and the payment option appears in your UIS profile. Follow these steps to make the payment:

Log into your UIS.
Navigate to the 'pre-enrollment' section under your program.
Confirm your intention to study (if not already done).
Go to 'FEES AND STUDY FEES' to find the payment entry.
Pay online or via bank transfer.
Ensure the payment is correctly processed (indicated by a green tick in UIS).

No, you cannot register without recognized foreign education, whether through internal evaluation or nostrification. This is a requirement under Czech educational law. It is important to start the evaluation process in a timely manner. We are not responsible for missing the dates of registrations.

The Internal evaluation process officially commences after we have your complete documents physically in our office, the evaluation fee is paid, and you will receive a note from us that your documents are passed to the committee.

No, see point 6 above. We need to evaluate whether your finished education is equivalent to our system. Since your education has not been finished and there is never a guarantee it will, we cannot start the process.

No proof or certificate is issued for internal evaluations. You'll only receive an email confirmation once the evaluation is complete.

Yes, the internal evaluation is only valid for one admission cycle and for one specific program. If you're applying again or for another program, you'll need a new evaluation. Keep in mind that the requirements may also change every year.

You will receive an email notification once your evaluation is completed. There is no other form of confirmation.

We accept documents in Czech or English.

Our office only collects and checks documents before sending them for further evaluation. We do not perform the evaluation ourselves and cannot provide updates on processing times. Please be patient as this process can take an extended period due to many applications.

You are always informed about any updates of the Internal evaluation. As soon as we have the information that the evaluation process is done, we will immediatelly let you know.

Documents should be submitted as early as possible, and the whole process must be finished before the registration deadline. You are responsible for ensuring your internal evaluation is completed in a timely manner to avoid delays. Remember, submitting documents to our office is just the initial step in the internal evaluation process. The Internal Evaluation office does not hold responsibility for missed registration deadlines.

Not really. You can use the same set of documents. Each payment is bound to only one application, you should therefore pay for all the programmes you want your evaluation to be conducted to.

If you have started evaluation for one programme and then change mind and want to proceed for another, you need to pay the fee and inform us. We will manually find your folder and add the second programme to your application.

No, transfers of one set of documents are not allowed between faculties. Only between programmes within one faculty.
