NOTICE: The process of the Internal Evaluation will be closing for academic year 2024/2025. All documents must be at the university until 12th November 2024. The evaluation fee must be paid.
Applicant accepted for next academic year 2025/2026 will be able to apply for Internal Evaluation after they successfully pass admission exam.
Eligibility to Apply
You are eligible to apply for internal evaluation if:
- You have already passed the admission exam for any program at the Faculty of Economics and Management (PEF) at CZU.
AND - You have completed your previous education outside the Czech Republic.
AND - Have education that allows you to continue to higher level in your country.
Application Process
- Submission Office: Our office only collects and forwards documents for evaluation. We do not conduct the evaluations ourselves.
- Where to Apply: This process is specific to the Faculty of Economics and Management. If you are applying to multiple programs or faculties, you must submit documents to each relevant office. Contact information for other faculties.
Essential Details
- Requirement: Internal evaluation is mandatory for admission unless you present a document of general recognition (nostrification) of your foreign education or Czech diploma.
- Validity: The internal evaluation is valid only for the current admission year and for the specific program you are accepted to
- Application: If applying for multiple programs at PEF, a single set of documents is sufficient. Separate fees apply for different programs.
- Nostrification Alternative: For a lifetime validation of your foreign education, consider undergoing the nostrification process. Learn more about nostrification for Bachelor’s or Master's and PhD levels.
- PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide any information regarding nostrification!
- Deadline: Documents should be submitted as early as possible, and the whole process must be finished before the registration deadline.

- No Priority: Evaluation is performed on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Registration: You must have your internal evaluation approved before you can register for studies.
- Result: If your evaluation is negative, you may need to submit additional documents or pursue nostrification.
