Through an international joint initiative, 13 partners (from universities, vocational education and training providers, labor market actors, technological institutions, farmer and EU representatives, cooperatives) bring together this project, which aims to facilitate the flow and transfer of knowledge in the field of agribusiness, agri-food and agri-tourism. It focuses on the specific needs of women, on soft and hard skills, knowledge, values ??and attitudes towards entrepreneurship and creating value for its local communities.
The aim of the project is to ensure that the next generation of experts working in agriculture will be able to link traditional European agricultural knowledge with new and innovative practices in the future.
Future agricultural enterprises will thus be more resistant to changes, both economic and climatic. In addition, they can anticipate trends and implement innovative procedures and technologies.
