The E-Growth project seeks to support the professional development of potential trainers or vocational teachers with the help of courses based on technology enhanced learning. The project aims to promote modern training methods and teaching practices and to develop learning handbook and tools that would support an effective use of technology enhanced learning.
The project will be carried out through a partnership of six organizations from five different European countries (Czech Republic, UK, Spain, Greece and Hungary). The partners represent university, NGO’s, Vocational and Educational centre and Small and medium enterprises. Two major outputs will be developed by the project. The serious educational game, representing a simulation of decision making in a small business from the owner’s perspective. The goal of the game is to ensure stable development and prosperity of the fictional business. The game will be available online via the project website which contains the additional project information and updates. Along with the serious game, an e-handbook will be developed and called ‘A guide to using technology enhanced learning in vocational and educational training’.
