The project focuses on management coaching and performance management. The aim of the project is to create manuals and interactive games for managers at all levels in order to improve their coaching and performance management skills. The project will test a new approach to educating managers in this area. The main point of which is coaching, and therefore this project is called Manager as a coach.
- Creating a methodology for managers or owners of companies that would contribute to their performance or the performance of their work teams
- Creating a self-learning course called Manager as a coach
- Creating an interactive educational game focused on coaching and personal development
- The publication of a manual that contains all mentioned above and its distribution
- As part of the project, 14 potential coaches will be trained. They will learn to use this methodology and the principles of this interactive game. They will then pass this knowledge on to other people in their own or other organizations
- The outputs of the project will be presented to the widest possible range of managers/executives in an effort to raise their interest in this methodology and for them to take it or some of its aspects into their own organization and management
- The partners of this project will distribute the project results within their networks of contacts and collaborating entities in the most extensive way possible
