The Department of Psychology is a dynamic workplace devoted to educational, research and counselling activities. Through its education the department shares knowledge about humans as individuals and the role of an individual in an organization (students are practising their social skills important for their future career through social-psychological training, application of creative methods etc.). The courses offered by the Department of Psychology are the core courses for the Faculty of Economics and Management and further specializing courses for all the faculties within CZU. For the department’s education a special emphasis is put on active methods and methods of social teaching practised through participation of students in team tasks during the semester.
