Students who hold Diploma from abroad must get recognition of their education in order to become regular students. This is given by Czech law and cannot be left out. Without being registered in regular study you cannot get diploma from CZU at the end of your study!
Nostrification is a process of recognition of a foreign Bachelor‘s degree diploma in the Czech Republic. The Nostrification itself is written in Czech Language. First it is needed to have the bachelor degree (or equivalent) finished. Then it is necessary to find a public University in the Czech Republic that offers similar study programme to the one you studied out of the Czech Republic. There is usually an office at the Rectorate of each University that deals with the Nostrifications. You need to contact them directly to process your Nostrification.
Please see the link for the CZU Nostrification office.
Nostrification document is valid for applications to ALL universities in the Czech Republic. The final document belongs to you. It is necessary to complete the Nostrification before the Acceptance letter is issued. Nostrification can be arranged remotely - it is not necessary to be in the Czech Republic. The process of Nostrification can start anytime. It is recommended to arrange the Nostrification as soon as possible.
